Time Matters 9, Billing Matters 9 and Time Matters with LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage 9 Discontinued on April 30, 2013
We discontinued all phone-based support, additional user sales, service packs, hotfix releases, and online Anytime Training courses for Time Matters 9, Billing Matters 9, and Time Matters with LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage 9, on April 30, 2013. Earlier versions of Time Matters, Billing Matters, and Time Matters with LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage are also not supported.
Time Matters®, Billing Matters® and Time Matters With LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage® Now Available!
Time Matters 13, Billing Matters 13, and LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage 13 are now available for download at the Time Matters Service Center or via the link in your product key email.
This release includes integrated, secure online document-sharing, allowing you to securely share Time Matters files with clients and third parties.* Other improvements include the ability to schedule and automate backups of your Time Matters database and shared files directory, as well as usability, installation, and quality improvements.
* Online document-sharing only available to customers with an active Time Matters Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) subscription or Time Matters with LexisNexis Total Practice Advantage agreement.
Billing Matters Accounting Users: Upgrading to Billing Matters 13
Please ensure you have completely transitioned your accounting data to another program before upgrading to Billing Matters 13.
Do not upgrade to Billing Matters 13 if you have not completed the transition of your accounting data; otherwise, you may lose access to your accounting data. If you have completed the transition of your accounting data, you can proceed with the upgrade.
